The traits of your animal totem will be seen in you, it will be felt by you, and it is heard speaking to you in your innermost. You feel it; you live by its traits.
Some animals have almost the same traits differing slightly in few personalities, manners and activities. It may take some people a long time to figure out that a certain animal is your totem animal other than the one you might have thought of; for an example a tiger and a lion, a leopard and a cheetah, a wolf, a fox, a jackal, a wild dog, a hyena and a dingo, these animals have in common that they all hunt and feed on meet but they differ in many things. You will hardly understand which one is your totem animal until you get to know the exact traits of your animal totem.
